Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage the footwear in its original box with all protective packaging and tags intact. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a prepaid return label for US customers. International customers may need to cover return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable). Ship to:

Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
For size exchanges:
