Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Available worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping Notes
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. StrideLux has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your StrideLux footwear. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a simple returns process within 15 days of delivery.
Key Return Information
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or monogrammed items (clearly marked at purchase)

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage the footwear in its original box with all protective packaging and tags intact. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a prepaid return label for US customers. International customers may need to cover return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Note: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until your refund is processed.
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days
- Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Amount: Full item cost minus original shipping (unless return is due to our error)
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement size in your return request
- We’ll ship your new pair as soon as we process the return
- If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund
Special Considerations
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized footwear (including monogrammed items)
- Items marked “Final Sale” during promotional events
